Course Overview

Managing people isn’t always easy and finding what motivates them could be the key to a successful team. During the day you will learn what motivates and de-motivates people. With effective communication and understanding individual needs we will look at what skills and techniques you can use to do just that.

Practical sessions:

You will be given the opportunity to practice the skills, techniques and theory learnt throughout the day. With constructive feedback to develop your skills and increase your self confidence you will look at different scenarios as a team and use the different tools illustrated to motivate your team and individuals.
