Course Overview

This course will give you the skills and techniques to be able to facilitate meetings, both informal and formal. Facilitation is not about chairing the meeting and taking control but ensuring that a meeting or workshop runs smoothly ensuring all individuals are involved and ensuring the meeting stays on track with an end result.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to have a group meeting without having to take a chairman’s role and who would like to get the most out of their team through group discussion.

Practical sessions:

You will be given the opportunity to practice skills and techniques learnt throughout the day, along with constructive feedback to develop your skills and increase your self awareness throughout the process. You will be given the opportunity to practice facilitating a group discussion.
