Course Overview

Do you or your colleagues dread picking up the phone to cold call? We have all been on the end of telesales calls, so what makes us listen to some people and switch off with others? This course looks at what makes a telesales call successful. We look at how we can connect successfully with the customer. By using some simple techniques we can make every call a success. We examine our communication skills along with the ability to get our message across in a clear and concise manner. We examine the barriers that get in the way and how to increase sales through both inbound and outbound calls.
