About us
Shaw2Succeed was founded in 2006 by Suzanne Shaw. Following an extensive career within management and training, Suzanne now puts all her focus into helping SME’s throughout the U.K. realise their full potential, providing a wide range of management and personal development training courses and consultancy.
Prior to Shaw2Succeed, Suzanne had worked as an Area Manager and European Training Manager in destinations as far flung as Sri Lanka, Australia, Tunisia, Greece and Italy to name but a few. Having gained hands on experience within a very diverse range of cultures and abilities, Suzanne has a wealth of experience which can be incorporated into any business.
With a passion and enthusiasm for Training, Suzanne ensures that her desire for excellence is carried through into every aspect of the courses she writes. Suzanne is able to bring real life experiences alive with the ability to be creative as well as informative, which she believes is crucial to any training environment.
Suzanne has been a trainer and internal verifier for the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) and has developed and implemented training for this awarding body and assessed these qualifications to the highest level 7. As a qualified A1 assessor Suzanne also has experience with NVQs and has specialised in Customer Service which she believes is key to every successful business.
With a team of dedicated associate trainers, Shaw2Succeed provides a wide array of specialist training courses, providing expert and skill specific training where required. All her associates like herself have gained hands on experience in a business environment which can be incorporated through their training.
